* Electronic notification system informs clients when an assignment is received, when it is scheduled for maintenance and when the job is completed.
* In order to help our clients simplify the task of managing the inventory that needs to be regularly maintained, we will manage your property inventory and maintenance schedule for you. Our clients are only responsible for notifying us when a home has been rented or sold and needs to be removed from the rotation or when a home has become vacant and needs to be added to the rotation.
* In an effort to conserve paper, we send invoices via email attachment, thus allowing our clients to save all invoices and assignment completion notices in a desktop file to help our clients easily track the dates and services provided at each home.
* We will generate a seperate invoice for each property visited unless requested to do otherwise.
